Childcare costs are prohibitive for some parents

Aviva’s Family Finance Report is based on a survey of 6,000 families.
State of Work-Life 2010 Shows Continuing Commitment, but Disconnect between Top Workforce Issues and Work-Life Programs
Submitted by samantha.chiafalo on Tue, 09/28/2010 - 17:59A survey was conducted earlier this year by WFD Consulting and Alliance for Work-Life Progress at WorldatWork looking at commitment to work-life initiatives and top workforce issues related to work-life. The resulting report "The State of Work-Life 2010" found a steady commitment to work-life initiatives among senior management in a wide range of industries, but also a mismatch between the most serious workforce issues identified by companies and where they are investing their resources.
