Professional Experience & Goals:
Karen Kachadoorian, an ORC senior consultant, is responsible for facilitating the MidCap Senior Human Resource Officers’ Network. She is also responsible for marketing other ORC’s executive peer networks, including the Senior HR Officers’ Network, the MidCap Executive Compensation Network and the Human Resources Solutions Network. Prior to joining ORC, Ms. Kachadoorian was a consultant with Towers Perrin, specializing in the design of compensation programs, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentive plans. While at Towers Perrin, she also worked on general human resources consulting assignments. Prior to Towers Perrin, she was an associate in Dean Witter’s corporate finance department, providing investment banking services to health care companies. Ms. Kachadoorian holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and international management from Georgetown University. She earned her MBA at New York University, with a concentration in marketing and international business. She also attended the Netherlands School of Business and the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wilton Library Association and recently completed nine years of service as Chairman of the Long-Range Planning Team for Wilton Public Schools.
