- The employer's conundrum: ignoring employee blogs can result in legal liability, but so can the over-restriction of employees' online activities
- Related privacy, wage/hour, harassment and trade secret concerns
- The courts' take on employees who blog
- Practical steps every employer can take, including the creation of a written communications policy and the development regulations regarding hiring and screening procedures that make use of social networking media.
