A network for U.K. equal opportunity and diversity managers in public companies

The Breakthrough Diversity Network allows equal opportunity and diversity managers to connect with peers in the public sector to share experiences tackling discrimination, the development of equal opportunities strategies, commitment from leaders, harassment policies, workforce monitoring, and successful diversity awareness training.

Meeting three times a year, network members come from a wide range of service providers and government departments. We provides input on U.K. and European legal and social developments, responds on behalf of members to government proposals, and surveys members on relevant and timely issues.
