Since 1962, this cross-industry network of over one hundred US diversity and EEO compliance leaders from Fortune 500 companies and other leading organizations have met regularly to discuss trends in diversity and inclusion, best practices in D&I strategy and management, as well as the regulatory and legal environments as they pertain to EEO and affirmative action. Through meetings, webcasts and conference calls, we connect members with leading practitioners from around the country, the civil rights community, NGOs, government agencies, academia and thought leaders, to achieve our mission of advancing the art and practice of the diversity and equality field.
