A network for diversity and equality leaders in global organizations

With membership in the Global Diversity Forum, you have the chance to team up with other Fortune 500 U.S.-based and equivalent multinationals across industries to discuss diversity management practices and the global socioeconomic, cultural, and legal environments.

As part of this group, you’ll explore proven strategies and innovative methods for introducing consistent, inclusive values that resonate across cultures, adapting programs to local cultures and practices, achieving local support for diversity and inclusion efforts, developing an inclusive global talent pool, and defining meaningful measurement of efforts, among other issues. Network members meet in-person three times annually to share best practices and experiences, and to hear from invited global experts on pertinent and timely issues.
