As the US population of people with disabilities grows, employers will continue to be challenged with not only accommodating, but also with leveraging this important segment of the workforce. Disability expert Nadine Vogel  advises companies, government officials and policy makers on issues disability in the workplace, and will present case studies from leading organizations that are tapping into the potential of this group.
