1:00 PM Best Practices in Conducting Adverse Impact Analysis
David Cohen, DCI Consulting
David Cohen and the Center for Corporate Equality held a meeting of experts to identify best practices in conducting adverse impact analysis. The report from the Technical Advisor Committee will be issued in September and David will give WON members an opportunity to discuss its findings with him. The TAC included people from industry, lawyers, consultants and statisticians who are experts in the area of employment discrimination.

3:30 PM Thoughts from EEOC Commissioner Victoria Lipnic
EEOC Commissioner Vicki Lipnic will speak to the members about
what is happening at the EEOC and what she sees as the future direction of the EEOC
under the new EEOC Chair. Commissioner Lipnic is familiar to members as the last ESA head in the Department of Labor under the Bush Administration who shepherded revisions to the FLSA and FMLA as well as overseeing OFCCP.

Stephen Frost, Head of Diversity and Inclusion for The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (LOGOC)
With less than 800 days until the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympic Games, Stephen Frost has a huge job overseeing the diversity and inclusion efforts of LOCOG. He will share with members the approach they are taking on the enormous task to ensure diversity and inclusion in the workforce, in procurement and in service delivery. Inculcating diversity within the world’s biggest event is incredibly complex and demanding, and Stephen will speak about how he is working to amass as much support as possible to reinforce and communicate the systems that ensure London’s legacy in staging the most diverse Games ever in 2012 and setting new standards for inclusion.
