  • Michal Fineman, Senior Consultant, ORC Worldwide
  • Michal is currently undertaking research on Diversity Metrics, and has led a number of web conference calls and meetings with members of the UK and US equality networks, and is currently working on a guide for ORC members on this topic. Michal will join us at the meeting to discuss the four types of Diversity Metrics, criteria for establishing useful metrics, and best measurement practices in UK - and US - based organisations.

  • Catherine Hamilton, Inclusion and Diversity Manager UK, National Grid
  • In a business climate of 'do more with less', National Grid is pushing forward towards full employee inclusion. Catherine will take us through their journey involving a change in leadership behaviours and embedding I&D goals into business strategy so moving I&D from a business initiative to a core element.
