    • Melanie will conduct a roundtable discussion with members on the main provisions of the recently published Equality Bill; this is a great opportunity for us to discuss the issues and challenges for employers with Melanie.

    • Mary Martinez, Director, Workforce and Diversity Consulting, ORC
    • Mary will draw on recent research and discussions with some of our member companies in the private and public sector in Europe and the US, exploring current employer strategies and approaches to this challenge. Mary will also explore the impact of tight economic times on discriminatory behaviour in companies and what can be done about the increased likelihood of exclusion of those who are "different."

    • Pam Farmer, Global Services People & Policy Manager - BT Group Diversity Centre of Expertise Longstanding Vanguard member Pam Farmer will share with us her perspective on Managing the diversity agenda in challenging times.
