ORC Worldwide Speaks: ICON Diversity and Inclusion Seminar 2010 – Barcelona

Two of our Global Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion staff, Deirdre Golden and Mary Martinéz, recently shared ORC’s latest research and best practice advice,“Diversifying Organisation Leadership: Getting Focused and Getting Results” at the Diversity and Inclusion 2010 seminar in Barcelona, Spain. Approximately 60 D&I professionals were in attendance from a wide range of multinational companies, many with headquarters in the UK or Europe. The agenda included excellent, forward-looking presentations that spoke to the challenges and benefits of a global diversity strategy, by such corporations as ING, Shell, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Motorola, and Novartis, as well as representatives from the European Commission and Supplier Diversity Europe.
