    • Mike Delikat  and Josh Rosenkranz , Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe 
    • Member Mike Delikat  and his partner Josh Rosenkranz  , head of Orrick's Supreme Court/Appellate Practice, will discuss the US Supreme Court's granting of cert. to the New Haven firefighter case and what that may mean for affirmative action. What will be practical impact on in-house counsel?
