  • 10.15 am Tackling Socio Economic Disadvantage - The Proposed New Duty 
    • Amanda Ariss, Chief Executive of The Equality & Diversity ForumThe proposed new duty to tackle socio economic disadvantage was a relatively new addition to the recently published Equality Bill, it only joined the policy discussion in January this year. Amanda Ariss will share with us the thinking surrounding the proposed duty, and will summarise the main provisions, and its possible implications. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about the proposed duty and to discuss what it might mean for the public sector
