The Vanguard network provides a confidential forum and thought leadership for senior equality, diversity and human resources in private sector companies to interact with peers from more than 30 companies that publicly champion diversity and exemplify best practices.
Meeting three times a year to learn from government and industry officials, this network provides a forum in which to consider, discuss and appraise new regulatory, legislative, economic, and corporate developments and share experiences across gender, ethnicity, disability, and age.
