The United States and the European Union both want equal pay for men and women, but much of the similarity ends there. Employers are left navigating an array of legal requirements and penalties as varied as the languages in which they were written. The Global Workplace Compliance Network’s (GWC Network’s) July 20th webinar will help U.S.-based corporate attorneys and HR, Compensation, Diversity and other workplace compliance professionals better understand what equal pay compliance means at home and in the EU. A panel of U.S. and European Union experts will compare the issues and efforts in the United States with those in the EU, particularly in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
